Chelsea believes in the positive potential for political systems to change the world when organized effectively and inclusively.
She graduated from Vassar College with dual degrees in Education and Drama and a focus on community organizing education. Since then, Chelsea has led work on political campaigns and in government offices with a youth-centered framework. She is thrilled to be creating her dream job in Believe In What’s Possible alongside a great group of friends. When not working, Chelsea enjoys reading books on community organizing theory and juggling fire in a local circus troupe.
